Last updated: March 28, 2026

Overview

MintLoop values privacy and aims to explain data practices in plain English. Most MintLoop tools can be used without creating an account, but some information may still be collected automatically or through third-party services that support the site.

This policy describes what information may be collected, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

Automatically Collected Information

MintLoop and third-party services may automatically collect technical and usage information such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, on-site interactions, and referral or source information
  • Approximate location derived from IP address

Information You Voluntarily Provide

We may receive personal information you choose to submit, such as an email address entered into a Kit newsletter form or information you send through contact forms, email, or direct outreach.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the website, content, and tools
  • Understand traffic and usage patterns
  • Measure performance of content and calculators
  • Support advertising, affiliate attribution, and related monetization
  • Send newsletters or updates when you subscribe through Kit
  • Respond to inquiries, support requests, or business messages

MintLoop and third-party services may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar tracking technologies.

  • Analytics and performance measurement
  • Ad delivery, personalization, and measurement
  • Affiliate attribution
  • Remembering preferences
  • Performance optimization and fraud prevention

Your browser settings may allow you to control or block some of these technologies, although doing so may affect how parts of the site function.

Analytics

MintLoop may use analytics providers to understand how visitors use the site and to improve content, performance, and tools.

Advertising

MintLoop may work with third-party advertising partners such as Google AdSense and Ezoic. Those partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, personalize content, and measure ad performance.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings or the NAI opt-out page.

Affiliate Links and Tracking

Some links on MintLoop may be affiliate links. MintLoop participates in affiliate programs and partner networks including Amazon Associates and CJ Affiliate.

Affiliate partners may use cookies or other tracking technologies to attribute referrals or purchases. If a qualifying action occurs, MintLoop may earn a commission. This does not typically increase the price you pay.

Email and Newsletter via Kit

Newsletter signups are handled by Kit (formerly ConvertKit). If you submit your email through a Kit form, that information is stored and processed by Kit according to their policies.

MintLoop does not directly store your email address. Subscription data — including your email and preferences — is held by Kit, not on MintLoop servers.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in emails. To request deletion of your Kit subscriber data, contact us and we will initiate the removal on your behalf.

Third-Party Services

MintLoop relies on the following third-party services, each of which operates under its own privacy policy:

  • Google — analytics and advertising (AdSense)
  • Ezoic — advertising optimization and monetization
  • Amazon Associates — affiliate tracking and attribution
  • CJ Affiliate — affiliate tracking and attribution
  • Kit (ConvertKit) — email list and newsletter management

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. Please review their respective privacy policies for information about how they collect and use data.

Data Sharing

MintLoop does not sell personal data directly. We may share limited information with service providers, analytics providers, ad partners, affiliate partners, and infrastructure vendors as needed to operate the site. Third-party services may process information according to their own policies.

Data Retention

Information may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for operational, analytics, legal, or business purposes.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
